Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Bandana Buddy products are the perfect fit and style for your pet.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Poo Bag Holders (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Waste Holders (due to sanitary concerns)
We appreciate your understanding that these items must remain non-returnable to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and their pets.
