Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Bandana Buddy products are the perfect fit and style for your pet!
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Poo Bag Holders (for hygiene reasons)
- Waste Holders (due to sanitary concerns)
We appreciate your understanding that these items must remain non-returnable to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and their pets.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship Items: Package your items securely and ship to our address (provided in our response email)
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process within 3-5 business days

- Exchanges: Free exchanges for defective or incorrect items
- International Returns: Additional customs fees may apply for international returns

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a faulty Comfort Leash or imperfect Cooling Bandana), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free replacement and cover all shipping costs – because quality matters to us as much as it does to you!
